Bootcamp training is a type of interval training that alternates between short bursts of vigorous exercise and longer recovery periods. Our high-intensity workouts combine cardio, light weights and bodyweight exercises like pullups, pushups, lunges, and crunches, as well as drills and sprints.
This style of training is highly effective, not only does the high-intensity help to burn calories but bootcamp training heavily focuses on discipline. It is as much about training your brain as it is about training your body. Our trainers are experts at designing challenges that push your brain to trust and be confident in your body’s ability.
Whilst the Bootcamp class is set to push you to your limits, our qualified trainers have the utmost experience in dealing with different body and health types; therefore you are in safe hands. They understand not everyone’s endurance is the same and can tactfully tailor this where necessary for individual growth. Our goal is to make you physically and mentally stronger and always reach your full potential.
